  My son has been attending Sylvan in Carterville since February and as a parent I am very happy to recommend them to anyone in southern Il. The staff at Sylvan have been extremely helpful with any and all needs of my son and myself. Jinna, Erin and Robbie have personally worked with my son and his self confidence has improved tremendously. Jinna has worked very had and even worked with my son's school to make sure he received the help he needed. Erin has worked with my schedule and been very accommodating when things have come up unexpectedly. Robbie is also very approachable and has made quite a difference in my son's self esteem. He is reading much better and he is retaining what he's reading! He was a very frustrated boy before Sylvan and that has changed so much. The staff have been exceptionally professional, caring and understanding to my son's struggles and I am very grateful.

  Our son has improved so fast in less than one year at Sylvan. He likes to read more and homework time at home finally was hassle free! Hats off to great start too!!
